Engaging the Intuitive Abstract Painting

$0.00

The workshop will be composed of an outdoors evening, out under the trees, surrounded by birds and nature. No prior experience necessary. My intention is to reach out the hidden Artists, people that are afraid of trying, for whatever reason. Maybe when they were children, a teacher told them they were not an artist… and my intention is to help them discover the Artist within themselves, the Artist that we ALL are!

We will explore our feelings and emotions with Nature in a painting adventure, splattering, painting, adding on, and ripping off to create our art! There will be no right or wrong! No judgments! We will just have fun and learn to express our Inner Artists with colors! The aim is to be completely innovative by breaking away from the familiar and discovering new dimensions. We will work from intuitions and from our hearts! Participants will learn to paint in layers, learning detachment from their work and forms. Individual expressions are encouraged and we will work on our own pace. Participants will leave with confidence and excitement for painting. Participants will bring their own supplies. List of materials will be provided upon your registration. Enrollment is limited to allow plenty of one-on-one time, motivational pointers, and positive critiques.
