Visual Art Journaling and Card Making
We will create a community of friends through our “Zoom Room.” Create a journal as a place to record both visual and written art. Practice mindfulness and self-compassion. We will apply elements and principles of design to our journal. We will experiment with different types of mediums, collage and with different writing styles. Develop an ongoing journaling to release stress and have fun individually and as a group. Supplies not included. Supplies list will be emailed.
